Exhibitor: $2000

  • This is a table-top exhibit space around the sides of the meeting room and not a trade show space.
  • One table-top or pop-up exhibit space
  • One 6-foot table with 2 chairs
  • Meeting room and hall are carpeted. 
  • One attendee registration with standard hotel accommodations
  • Logo, web link and 50-word description with full contact information on UEF web site
  • Pre- and post-conference attendee registration lists in electronic form
  • Opening day 3 minute timed "Meet the Exhibitors" snapshot introduction to your company
  • Expo hours from noon Wednesday to noon Friday (you may not set-up or tear down during sessions)

Note that the following per item fees apply:

  • Boxes up to 25lbs: Delivery $7; handling charge to ship from hotel $5; Storage if more than 72 hours $5
  • Boxes 25-50lbs: Delivery $15; handling charge to ship from hotel $10; Storage if more than 72 hours $10
  • Boxes over 50lbs: Delivery $25 and up; handling charge to ship from hotel $15 and up; Storage if more than 72 hours $15 and up
  • Display cases: Delivery $35; handling charge to ship from hotel $20; Storage if more than 72 hours $20

All charges will be billed directly by the hotel and are payable to the hotel. To avoid storage fees prior to the conference, please plan delivery of your items to arrive no earlier than Monday, April 23rd.
